TraMP is a networking community inclusively for UK travel marketers to meet, share, collaborate, and challenge.
We formed in November 2023, after a group of travel marketing professionals came together to form a group to help support our industry and our sector. We are still very much forming, and we want the group to develop and evolve to work for the community.
Founders
Andrew Shelton
With 25+ years in the travel industry, I launched my career at British Airways, eventually becoming the head of UK leisure marketing.
As the CMO at Virgin Holidays for 8 years, I led a dynamic team and championed the brand.
My experience includes a rewarding stint at Cheapflights (now part of Kayak), focusing on digital, and as the MD at Netflights (owned by Dnata). I thrive in strategy development, digital initiatives, and leading exceptional teams.
Heath Michael Heise
With over 20 years in brand marketing and 85+ countries visited, the passion for brand and travel is real. Starting at British Airways (7 years) on the grad programme, then American Express and Amex Travel (11 years) ending as VP international brand and then global marketing director (CMO) at STA Travel, big travel brands have been a focus.
As a brand consultant for the past few years, developing brand strategies, creating visual identities, structuring marketing teams, and delivering go-to-market plans for smaller travel brands fuels the fire.
